Delay delivery

I have booked for gas 15 (fifteen days) back still I have not received the gas slinder, even i have followed up four times in this period. Every time I am getting the same problem

My gas connection no is : 630624 S. Thiruppathi - Dharavi.

Please take immediate action on this. I hope it will be not happen in future.
