The following problems have been noticed while operating the PCs (Model: KL 969AV, S.No. INA 91100M4 & 91100M6) which were supplied & installed by M/S Netcom Infotech Pvt. Ltd.
95A, AJC Bose Road, 1st floor, Kolkata 700014 you on 08.04.09.
# UPS (Make: APC, Model: 1.1 KVA UPS, S.No. JB0827013239)
became unserviceable since 21-07-09.
# Both PCs are hanging & suddenly becoming shut down at the
time of operation.
So these problems may be looked at your end. You are requested to take immediate necessary action so that the PCs are brought into desired use.
