No delivery on time everymonth

I am booking gas cylinder in an advance everymonth but distributor not sending delivery on given time they always telling lies, Now I booked my gas on 25-03-08, till date I have not received cylinder to me. My Consumer No.is 712754. I am facing some problems Pl. take it seriously and make some discipline in Pawan Gas Agency, Osmanpura, Aurangabad (Maharashtra)
