No response from company

I have a c-4288 photosmart series all in one. i brought it in june. it stopped working in august and was replaced frm tahne office. again it got the same problem whereas on my previous complaint No. CC4SAP165226. i got a call who said that he will pass my problems to higher authorities. but no call came. please look into my matter
