Evading responsibility

The LPG connection (601187) has been thru a dealer "Jai Ambey Gas Services"of Supela, Bhilai for the last many years. From the newspapers we were given to understand that the dealership was cancelled or suspended for malpractices. Consequently, no supplies for months together. Now, the dealer has reopened but says that our connection is transferred to some other dealer and that there was something in the papers about it.

Should not the company (HP) or one of the (old / new) dealers have the courtesy of sendind a small mail to customers individually. All customers cannot be expected to scan the papers daily waiting for news on the subject. The Gas cos. are as usual taking the public for a very costly ride.
