I need to transfer my HP Gas Connection from hyderabad to chennai, but here in chennai HP dealer asking me to submit ration card. I have already experienced of tranfer of connection from mumbai to hyderbad without a ration card.
Its difficult to arrange a ration card in a short period, please help me to transfer my connection without a ration card.
