Inordinate delay in gas cylinder delivery

SUB: INORDINATE DELAYIN SUPPLYOF GAS CYLINDERS

I have booked for gas cylinder on30/11 with the above referred consuner number at M/s. Santha Enterprises, 10/1, Arundelpet, Guntur-52 Andhra Pradesh, India (Ph:0863-2241466).

Even after a lapse of more than 3 weeks of time we were not provided with the gas cylinder registered for. We have also made a written complaint which was not heeded to. Added to this they don't lift the phone also, making us to visit them personally several times leaving our office work. This has been happening for the last several months and the consumers are put to great inconvenience due to the attitude of this dealer

Hence I request the corporation to take appropriate action against the dealer to save the image of the mega corporation

and retain the clout of the customers
