Sound problem not solve after service

I've 786 tu compac model i smitted my set on6 august n recive 26 august i comlain again d problem of sound is not solve after changing d sound .service center say that this is only effect that i provide but company effect is more than that effect... so either company cheat me or service center.pls be attention on my complain...
