HARD DISC CRASH

10 months ago I Dinesh Kumar purchase computer (Make-HP) from M/s. Shova International, Jamshedpur, Jharkhand (Sujeet-09334634417)

when i started my computer on 16.05.2009 some message show me. I complain it to M/s. Shova International. Service Eng. come after 2-3 days and he told me Hard Disc crased. But now till date (27.05.2009) no response me. What can I do.
