NEW LAPTOP BREAKDOWN

I have purchased a HP Compaq laptop Model No. CMQ NB CQ40-601TU, S/No. CND9362VRD, Invoice No. JR09-01589, on 1st Nov-09 from HP retailer (COMNET VISION INDIA PVT.LTD.) Distt. Centre Janakpuri New Delhi, and after just 1 week of purchasing it is not working, its not even switching on.

i tried to contact retailer, service centre and HP customer care centre but they are not answering properly about this fault.

please help us to fight against these service providers.
