Not recieving the claim regardingfromHPCoputers

Sir,

I have purchased a computer-Compaq presario PC, Serial no.83308JT, Product No. FK804AA on26-1 they offered free UPS&Printer asking to send the Rs999/, I sent the D.D. no. 0476 of Canara Bank dtd27-1 to chandigarh address. But till the date neither i have received my claim or any responce. Many times i tried to contact through phone or e-mail but it went in vein.kindly help me to get the above said claim.
