New Connection Refusal

Dear Sir/Madam, I am maheshSudam Dharrao applied for new gas connection through web on 15-12 when contacted to the above mentioned distributor regarding the status of the connection on 22 Dec at first instance he refused to talk as i have registered through web not with them, and after some talk he denied the connection due to non availability, when confirmed about the days required for the new stock he put off the phone. Please help us to know the procedure and time required for the new connection. Please do the needful.
