POOR RESPONSE/SERVICE FROM THE AGENT RAJARAJAN GAS AGENCY

Dear Sir,

I have registered HP cooking Gas from M/s. Rajarajan Gas Distruibutors, Pondicherry vide my Registration Numbers 649378.

With great difficulty I get the phone connection of this agency (Phone No. 0413-2241054, 2246166 & 2242268) and the response is like they will deliver the gas the same day evening or the next day or within 1 hour all false commitments, even after the booking is done before 15 days or more.

This experience I have all the time I book my cylinder with this agency.

Hence, I request you to kindly take necessary action by having an enquiry and give the agency to more capable agent.
