Dear sir,
I, Gokuldas S. Borker, am the consumer of HP gas service with dealer M/s Aurora Gas Service, margao and my consumer number is 606803
I have booked the gas for refill on 29 sept and was not delivered till 5th October where it was rebooked on 6th october and till this date the gas is not reached home (11th Oct)
This is the story which is happening everytime and the dealer is giving evasive answers
So I refered my complaint to the officer incharge Mr. Murty on the Mobile phone 8805013566 for the regularisation but I found he is more supportive to the dealer rather than the costumer
I do not know the company is for costumers or dealer and constrained to write to you. Please register this complaint and solve the problem
