My mother bharati and me visited the Prasad Gas Agency (HP) Nacharam at around 4.45 PM on 6th June 09, we transferred the our area from Shivam road to Tarnaka then we given a request at Vidya nagar gas agency. then we went to nacharam agency and submitted the documents to the agency person at nacharam and he said the payment amount then i have given him Rs 500 where he asked me to bring the change and thrown the documents at my mother and asked her to come on monday to register and he is using filthy language with the customer and when i am spoke to him he is saying i am not the customer, my mother is a customer she need to talk and not me. this is the service given by a private gas agency...
Its a bullshit service we are also working for customer service industry but we never behaved with customerin such a rede manner that to customer with a age of 63 years...
HP is the best company but the Service agency is a bullshit,
My request to HP Gas Compnay remove such agencies who cant able to serve the customer who dont have patience.
Bleady we not gone their for begging. we are paying the money how can some one insult a senior citizen by throwing the papers on her to come on next day this reduclus everey person has a self respect.
I need justice on this and compensation on this has he insulted my mother.
