LATE DELIVERY of gas

I am lodging this complaint on behalf of my Directors residence.

address: Narang house, Pali Hill, Bnadra west

Whenever gas cylinder ordered the agent - L R Rajpal promptly take the order and say withen 3-4 days but after 5 days also the cylinder does not reach my clients residence . when you follow up they say another 3-4 days. That is from the time booking done to date of delivery 10-12 days... Excuse- gadi mal le kar nahin ayee? hum kya kare
