Non Delivery of Gas cylender after booking

Dear Sir,

I booked gas for home delivery before 1 month but till today 11.11.08 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call or go to your office their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service with HP. My Gas Agency Hapur branch Ghaziabad.
