I am Krishnadas residing in Calicut, Kerala. I have a HP Gas connection from your distibutor ' ATHIRA GAS' in Calicut City. My consumer No. is 3164. For the last 3 or 4 times they are collecting distribution charges from me which comes to Rs.20.00. As per my knowledge they are disctibuting gas in the Calicut City. My house is only 3 km from their Agency place. On enquiry they told me that they since they have shifted their godown to a place which situates 15 km away from the city, we have to pay delivery charges to them. suppose If the Agency shifts their godown to a place which is 50 km away for the distribution place,
are they entitled to collect distribution charges? This is purely unauthorised. I thik only the distribution charges will cover all their expenses. This is for your kind attention and favorable action.
