I am retired govt servent .my age s 70 years. i am having hp's gas connection for 5.0kg cylinder. my complaint is that i had booked my cylinder since long (two months back) but till date i have not received the same. today when i again gave remainder then i come to know that company has closed that connection when i asked about my connection they did not replied properly but asked me to come at there shop.
i believe that if company is taking such step they should inform us in advance.
