Hi My name is Sujay and I am a resident of Mumbai. We are HP Gas consumers and the consumer ID is 16179936 which is being serviced by Trimurti Gas Agency in Mulund East. I have always found the staff here to be rude and on one previous occassion when we had complained about the service, they had even called up to ask "aapne complaint kyon kiya itni si baat ke liye". But I think today they have crossed all limits of indifference towards their consumers. I called at 1030 this morning to report a gas leakage while connecting the regulator to a new cylinder. I was promised that a mechanic would be sent and now two hours down the line when I called back to check how long it would take I was told that the mechanic had left half an hour ago and should be at my place.
This is highly unacceptable as gas leaks are complaints that should be attended to on a priority basis as they could cause loss of life. I also feel that they should start giving out complaint numbers so that the complaint can be tracked.
I don't really know what venting my ire in this forum is going to achieve, but hope is something that the Indian consumer is not short on. So hoping for a change or some action.
