Gas Cylinder not delivered even after so many telephone calls

My Cosnumer ID : 622353. We have booked the cylinder on 13th Dec. TIll now we haven't recieved the cylinder and the office assistant is giving different different replies when we call them to book the cyslinder once again. Very horrible and rediculous situation we are facing with this Ratna Agencies, HMT Hills, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
