Delay in new gas connection

Hi,

I booked gas for home delivery on 10.06.07 but till today 07.1.09 not deliver. My internet booking ref no is ; 21576.I really dont know why necessary steps are not taken when the distribuor is doing black in giving connection. I request you to plz look into it and make sure I get connection as I am very badly in need of connnection. The gas agency address is:
