Non delivery of cylinder refil

I am 2year old customer of SHIVAM HP GAS AGENCY MAUGANJ Dist.-REWA (M.P.) Distributer's Code-11772600

I have faced the problem every months of cylinder refilling the distributor says no stock aviable in agency in every time so where is cylinder going after the day of loading. distr.say's me in every refilling 'if you seen the truk of load cylin.then will come to refill' another time the cylin. is not aviable in the agency .so please inqury the cyl.where going aftar the unloading of cyl. truk.
