My previous compalint number is 08020700.
This time again i have the same complaint. I have booked a refill on 29th January. They said it will take 15 days to delivers the same. But till now we haven't recieved the same.
I think everytime i need to submit a complaint once i book my refill because they never deliver the same on time.
This is really frustrating. If it is going to happen like this only then i have to change my vendor from HP to some other available.
My booking number is 1470.

Now this is high time that HP should intervene in this matter.
