Dear Sir,
I had put request for HP Gas cylinder (Yashoda gas -hadapsar pune) on 8 Apr 09 and they mentioned it will be delivered in 8-10 days. After 16-18 days it won't delivered and when you call-up and ask for status they told its sortage of cylinder but if you want to buy cylinder in black (with extra charges) it will issued in 10 mins.
I don't understand if you have so much complain about this firm's service why you are not taking any actions.
