Not Providing the Cylende

Sir,

I Mr. M.D. Joseph, Mannencheril (H), Athirampuzha P.O Kottayam (Dist) Ph 91-9495215572, 9495471792, I have given a non tracibility cirtifacte and a DD of Rs- 4000/- to my nearest H.P outlet @ Ettumannoor, (for gettig two cylenders which had been lost) in the month of April and the officials there told me that you will receive 2 cylenders with in two weeks. I regret to not that since now no information has been furnished and telling that the H.O has not send the credit note. Since I am a person living in the town shift the cylender is a felt need to me. I have alredy complayed with the necessary legal formalities for getting the cylender. I here by hope that you may settle my grevence and do the necessary...
