HP Gas Leakage

I have given a complaing to HP gas complaint cell through their website, on 30th of July. My Complaint number is 09007976. The dealer rejected to replace the leakage cylynder. But till now HP Gas has taken no action on this. Are they not serious on the leakage of cylender?
