Hp Forcing to buy whole package for a Gas connection in Kharga

Hi the HP gas ageny in kharghar is forcing us to buy gas stove (even lighter) with new connection of gas, on informing them that we already have the required cooktop @ our home they are refusing the connection . it gets very irritating when you are not forced to buy someting which is of no use... PLS TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AGAINST THIS.
