Not responding for new connection

Sir/Madam,

I am RF Engineer and shifted 1 month ago at rohit nagar (Bhopal). I asked to Naina Enterprises for New Connection with all documents, but She did't provide me the details and told me the connection charges Rs-4200. I have Stove of my own with ISI mark. So I am not intrested to purchase it and also it is costly as Rs-1730. So I want to Resolve this problem and give me connection as soon as possible.
