Non delivery of cylinders on time

After 15 daYS of booking still i haven't recd my cylinder refill despite of calling again and again. Every time we r told it will be done today but today hasn't come, Now they will delver it after so much time then for other cylinder will again say that it can be booked after 20 days .please look into the matter urgently.my many other friends are also facing same problem .it is Roop Gas agency sector 20 panchkula haryana
