Non delivery of refill

I am the consumer No.601963 of H P gas connecion from M/s Rethnakala agencies Thiruvananthapuram. I have booked refill on 22nd September vide no.239054 . Your dealer didnot supply the same even after 32 days. Now both the cylinders are empty. Kinly arrange to supply refill immediately
