I have booked the gas on 3.01.08 but i donot find divilary

till today 21.01.08 at 12:30 p.m.

I complend it on 16.01.08 &19.01.08 but they saying that we will diliver it after 15 day after BOOKING. Ir is 18 days completed but i am not find dilivery of gas selender. This kind of problem we face more than one time.
