I am very upset with the service and products of HP gas. They use substandard Domestic gas cylinders. When contacted and told the leakage still company is unaware of customer problems.
This is to inform you, I received a cylinder on saturday at 6PM dated 19th Jan. I found gas leakage and nosel of the cylinder covered with mseal. Then i informed Mr Puran Sharma whose mobile number was given to me and asked to contact immediately. Mr Sharma was informed and he said to remind me on sunday morning and that was done at 8AM dated 20th Jan. He visited my place around 3pm after i contacted several times. He came and saw and assured me that the leakage cylinder will be changed on monday morning 21st Jan and he gave a complaint receipt, till now it has not been changed as i talked to him over phone at 1PM dated 21st Jan. He said he was busy and i should have contacted the delivery boy. What a shame as even after informed about the leakage complaints nothing has been done till now. Our lives are at great danger as we keep that cylider out side home. Please take necessary step and do the needful.
If things are delayed further our lives will be in constant danger and i have to file complaints at legal manner.
