Dear Sir/madam,
I Jaywant Killekar having HP gas connection and my consumer no. is 613433. In Kalyan west centre.
On 2nd Oct I called HP gas servicemen for leakage of gas. He has checked and suggested to change burner and valve and as per his suggestion we replaced those parts.
But on 15th Oct we had the same problem again, so we called him up again to check it. That time he said there was no problem in connection. He has suggested us to change the rubber tube and as per his suggestion we changed it again. For these two complaints Mr. Pancharam came to us.
On 22th Oct we had same problem again and at that time another person named Mr. Omprakash came to us to check that and he guided us properly and he found the correct problem in gas leakage. He said that there were no need to change the burner and valve instead of that the only stove rod was supposed to be replaced. The rod was leak (connecting thread was damaged which caused leakage). This was replaced by Mr. Omprakash and we do appreciate him and his work.
I want to know why that first person could not found this problem. He came twice to check and couldn’t find whereas another guy Mr. Omprakash came only once and got the correct problem.
My question is Why Hp has not having proper person to give services. In those days if some incident had happened who would have been responsible for that. In my family my wife and my 6 years old son is there, so please take care that such incident should not happen again which will lead to financial as well as individual loss.
