At the outset I am thankful to you for entertaining my feedback in the past and due to your prompt activeness, intervention and probably strict directions, the gas Agency delivered refill within two days as and when I brought the matter into your kind notice. It is a matter of pleasure that gas delivery is a frequent and routine nature as long as your company or customers exist. But it is regretted to state that my gas Agency is least bothered about problems faced by helpless customers which is evident from the fact that I booked cylender on 01.12.2007 against which delivery was effected on 03.01.2008 i.e.after a gap of more than a month. After that booking was made on 25.01.2008 but delivery is still awaited though a considerable period of more than 10 days is already lapsed. Personal talk with proprietor, manager, deliveryman also did not yield me cylinder. In the winter season when we cannot pull on a cylinder for more than 20-22 days.we are unable to find out the ways for cooking food.
