I have taken a New post paid connection (9250905246) from tata indicom executive during the time of connection he siad all the tarrif/charges/ taxes will be be under Rs.150/- but when i recieved the bill it was around Rs. 360/-
When I complaint to the Customer care they misbaved me and said if you want to disconnect to our connection you have to go our Caunaught place office yourself and deposit the amount there i am not able to go to Caunought place office so the i requeste to you representative to please solve the case here and diconnect my connection and amount which you have taken as security please deduct the my amount from the said. but your representative misbehaved with me and again send the bill the the another months charges.
Tata Indicom is a reputed company my you will loose your bussiness when you will appoint this kind of your employees those who will cheat with the customer,
Please look into the matter seriousely and make a transparent policy for the customer so that customer will faith in your services.
