HP Gas

All the tele booking numbers provided by the HP Gas remain busy/engaged 24 hours. Hence I think no use of these numbers. My Bookin No.is 4 dated 31/01 time 3.43 pm. Againg I have sent SMS for the same no. 3 dated 9/2 time 3.14 pm. Request HP to introduce some alternative arrangement to help its consumers as it is a emergency service.
