Asking for Ration Card

Dear Sir,

I have been the customer of HP past more than 3 yrs. I am working with ICICI bank. I had become the customer from Mumbai.

In June I was transfered to Chennai and the same was regularised in Chennai offfice. I had already received the gas from Chennai office. Nowrecently when I was asking for refilling my empty gas cylinders, the person are asking for Ration Card or NOC from Civil supplies.

I just want to know, what all is going on in your department. Why should I need to deposit the documents now. It's just frustrating when we hear such things. Please clarify.
