Irregularities in delivery of refilled gas cylinders

Sir,

I like to draw to the notice of the HP Gas authority and the consumer forum regarding huge irregularities in delivering the refilled HP Gas cylinders to the undersigned (consumer No. 613974), as follows.

LAST 6 MONTHS GAS BOOKING AND DELIVERY RECORDS FOR REFILING OF CONSUNER No. 613974

The concerned dealer is M/S Quick Gas Service, Uttarpara, Hooghly, West Bengal. Surprisingly enough, the bills as raised during delivery of the gas cylinders still contains a message that it is their pledge to provide refills within 24 hours.

The situation may not be different for other consumers also of the stated dealer as large numbers of consumers are seen queued up as and when the undersigned visits the dealer with an enquiry when my refilled cylinder will be delivered.

Can the situation be improved with an intervention from either the HP Gas authority or the consumer forum? Kindly initiate necessary steps to alleviate our sufferings.
