Not delivered ofter booking gas

Iam mr shekar i used hp gas since 5year

I booked gas on11.08.2010 but till today 20.09.2010 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says tomorrow must be delivered. I am very we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with HP. this not my one problem all customers facing problum this agencyMy Gas Agency Distributor code is 250886
