Cylinder refill

I am a customer of HP gas. I have booked for gas refill on 3rd of May. Today it's 21st May and the cylinder is still awaited. Each time I go to the distributor's office I hear the same thing from them - "It will take another week because the supply is not coming." They said the same yesterday too.

I enquired in the other HP distributors' offices in the nearby localities. They say that at present they are able to provide refills within 7 to 10 (maximum) days after booking.

I keep visiting the distributor's office to no avail. All I get is sheer arrogance in the name of customer service. It's utterly disgraceful and humiliating to request to these ill-manered, manipulative fellows for what I honestly deserve. They simply shrug when I tell them that my cooking gas has been exhausted. I can clearly see that they are trying to harass me.

My distributor is - KANCHAN FLAME, VIP Road, Kolkata.

If anybody can help me out, I will be greatful. Please advise what best I can do in this situation other than just waiting and listening to whatever crap they say.
