Late delivery of LPG filled Cylinde

Sir,

I am residing at Hastinapuri Colony, Sainikpuri, Secunderabad. I booked HP cylender on 2008 April last week. Till now (29.05.2008) I have not received the cylender. At present my spare cylender is also exhausted and am unable to cook and I am taking food from outside. Several times I contacted our distributer "Sreya Agencies" but always they are giving wrong committments. I am sorry to say that HP service & delivery is very poor and they have to take some strong action on these kind of distributers making customers fools.
