Our best efforts on phone have proved futile, Now We are losing business because your EOD machine which was replaced with a second hand EOD about 45 days back did not work at all and one the contrary the swiped credit card put us in a business problem.
This written request is being sent to you to Kindly remove or replace it with a new eod which works properly . all our efforts and complaint on phone led to promises and nothing beyond.
