THIS IS TO INFORM YOU THAT I HAD VISTED YOUR DISTRIBUTOR SERVER TIME, FOR CHANGE OF ADDRESS BUT AFTER THE YOUR DISTRIBUTOR HAD UPATED MY ADDRESS IN THEIR (SEHNA MADAM) COMPUTER IN FRONT OF ME ON DATED 28/05. AND ON 11/06 I BOOKED A CYLINDER, THEN THE PERSON ON THE PHONE TOLD ME THAT THE SERVICE MAN WILL COME FOR INSEPECTION, ON 16/06/08 THE PERSON VISTED AND CHANGED THE PIPE AND TOLD US TO PAY 180/- RS, FOR PIPE WE PAID . BUT AFTER THE INSPECTION BY YOUR DISTRIBUTOR 'S EMPLOYEE "D.B BISHNOI " THE CYLINDER WAS NOT DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS, IT WAS DELIVERED TO SOME ONE ELSE ON 20/06, AFTER THIS I MADE A CALL TO AGENCY THAT WHAT HAPPEND OF MY BOOKING, A LADY REPILED THAT IT HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO YOU ON 20/06, BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECD THE CYLINDER .AFTER A LONG ARUGMENT WITH THE LADY, MAN THEY BOTH REPILED ME THAT THE ADDRESS AS NOT BEEN UPDATAED IN OUR SYSTEM, SO YOU WILL NOT GET THE CYLINDER. SIR, I WANT TO KNOW IF THE ADDRESS HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED IN THEIR SYSTEM HOW THE SERVICE MAN VISTED TO MY HOUSE, & HOW HE REPLACED THE PIPE (SERVICE SLIP NO : 944). AND NOW THEY ARE SAYING THAT THE ADDRESS HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED . SIR I WANT TO KNOW IF THEY SUPPLING THE CYLINDER WITH EXTRA COAST TO SOME ELSE AT OUR BOOKING AND WE FACE THE PROBLEM FOR THIS TYPE OF SERIVICE.
