I am Sitansu Dinda working in the company name Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd on December to June. This company head office address is Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd, Ganga Jamuna Building, 1st Floor, 28/1 Shakespeare Sarani, Kolkata-17 (Phone no-03322406066). I leave this company one year and eight month but company yet not release my P.F account. I have already sent FORM-19 & FORM-10C three times at employer. Lot of time I write a mail and telephonic discussion but the employer could not attempt any step for my PF claim. So I written complain with documents to send your Salt Lake (Kolkata) office address to Asst P.F commissioner on 05/05/08.Asst PF commissioner advice to contact with you with reference letter no EPFO/Z.O/EZ/KOL-96/VOL-IV/808 dated 14/05/08. My PF account no-WB/CA/40101/37 (Park Street). But long time Kolkata PF office shall not take any action for my PF claim release. So I kindly requested to you please take action to release my PF claim.
So I am very thankful if you kindly releasing my PF account claim.
