Always delivery almost after 15 days

Sub.: Non Delivery of Gas Cylender after booking

I booked gas for home delivery on 27.02.12 but till today 06.03.12 not deliver. Whenever i make phone call to their representative, he says after 10.03.12 must be delivered. I am very sorry to say we are facing much problem due to this type of service and it is regular happening with our HP Gas Dealer (Navyug Agencies, 97 BS Market, New Delhi-110001). My Costomer no is 694518.
