Policy free looked by me on 24th January i.e. within 21 days from the date of letter dated 06-01, due to very closed personal reason (settlement of my daughter's marriage). I have paid Rs.25000/- vide PNB Cheque No. 270550 dated 29-12.
At the time of online free look Bharti Axa Insurance Ltd Co. Jabalpur Sr Executive promised me that I will be refunded money by way of DD with 19 working days of company.
Ref: My request No. 002607277 date 22.02. 002630536 date 27.02.2012 & 002666144 date 05.02.2012. Even my several request to the company I could not get my refund within 19 days from the policy free look dated 24th January' 2012. whether it is correct as per company rule? Should I get compensation for not getting refund payment within the time limit from the date of my request dated 24th January'2012???
