Dear Sir & Madam,

I have book Gas on 20.08.2008 on your direct booking service No: 12665, Our Gas Agency no: 23719988 {Kalachowki Agency}. Our booking no: 130 {on 12655} & 9657{on 23719988}.

Since last 3 day I am trying the agency number but line is continuously busy we really don’t know what exactly the problem is. we are not able to visit at our agency daily as we are working person.

Now we are in very critical condition, this is request to you please look in to the matter & please resolve the matter urgently
