My landline number 28516991 has not been working for the last 3 weeks. Inspite of repeated registration of complaint (recorded) on number 28512198, no action has been taken. Each time I get a different docket number but no action has been taken until now. (799, 147 etc.) Even though the lineman was contacted directly on his mobile number, he has not rectified the fault. Due to this problem, I am not able to use the internet services. Kindly do the needful.
