SIR, MY MOTHER WIFE OF LATE NAVAL COMMANDER M S MENON BOOKED HP GAS FOR HOME DELIVERY .GEKAY GAS SAID THEY WILL DELIVER WITHIN A WEAK .WHEN CALLED AFTER A WEAK SAID WITHOUT RATION CARD GAS BOOKING CANNOT BE TAKEN AS PER THE NORMS OF CIVIL SUPPLIES DEPT.WHEN I MADE A BOOKING THROUGH INTERNET THE BOOKING IS REGISTERED. WHN MY MOTHER CALLED THEM LAST WEAK THEY DID NOT INFORM HER ABOUT THE RATION CARD BUT THEY KEPT ARGUING THAT THEY HAVE ALREADY INFORMED FOR PAST ONE WEAK SHE WAITED HAS GONE IN WATER NEW BOOKING AFTER SHOWING THE RATION CARD ONLY WILL BE COUNTED THAT IS IT WILL TAKE ANOTHER 10 DAYS FROM TODAY TO GET THE GAS THAT TO NOT SURE AFTER 25 DAYS ONLY WE CAN BOOK THE 2ND CYLINDER BY THE TIME THE FIRST CYLINDER GET OVER SO LITERALY NOW BOTH THE CYLINDERS ARE EMPTY .

I TOLD GEKAY TO PROVIDE ME WITH ONE CYLINDER ON THE GROUNDS OF EMERGENCY THEY SAID CYLINDERS ARE OUT OF STOCK

SIR MY FATHER SERVED THE NATION BUT BEING THIS FATHER'S SON WHY ARE WE HARRESED SIR I AM SORRY IT IS REALY A MATTER OF REGRET

SIR PLEASE TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION AND INFORM GEKAY AGENCY COIMBATORE TO DELIVER CYLINDER AT THE EARLIEST WE ARE HAVING HOTEL FOOD FROM PAST 4 DAYS MY MOTHER IS A HEART PATIENT SHE CANT HAVE FOOD FROM OUTSIDE PLEASE HELP
